What is the status of my order?
Email with track & trace
As soon as your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email from us. This email contains a track & trace code you can use to track your package. Didn't receive an email? Check your spam folder. If it's not there either, please contact our customer service .

You can pick up your order from us in Zoetermeer. If you order before 11:59 PM today, you can pick it up the next day from 10:00 AM. Except on Saturdays and Sundays.
