Can I exchange or return my product?

Of course! We want you to be happy with your purchase. Below you can read exactly how it works.

Within the 30-day reflection period

You have 30 days after receiving your order to exchange or return it. During this period, you only pay the return shipping costs. Once we receive the product in good condition, we'll refund the full purchase price to your account within 14 days.

Outside the cooling-off period

Would you like to return or exchange your product after the 30-day cooling-off period? Please contact our sales team. We're happy to help you find a suitable solution.


Received a damaged product?

That's certainly not the intention. Always check your order upon receipt.

Product delivered damaged

Did you receive a damaged product? Please let us know within 14 days by calling 010 521 1325 or sales@sunwood.nl . We'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Packaging badly damaged upon delivery

If the packaging is severely damaged upon delivery and the product itself appears unusable, please refuse the shipment and return it to the delivery driver immediately. Then contact us so we can arrange a suitable solution.
